To initiate a return, please email info@lumisaesthetic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard any packaging materials. Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged product(s). Email these to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
